Zanu-PF donates to fire victims

Zanu-PF Harare Central 2 District has handed over food, blankets and cash to families affected by the fire which gutted London Lodge Flat on Wednesday morning in the capital.
The items were handed over to families who lost all their house hold properties in the fire which gutted London Lodge flats during the early hours of Wednesday. The party's leadership said there is need to show concern and provide solutions when people fall into problems.
Some of the affected families who spoke to reporters expressed gratitude at the goodwill gesture.
The fire was started by a 40-yearold woman, Sheila Katsa who committed suicide.
Property said to be valued at thousands of dollars was destroyed and some families have had to sleep in the open.
