MDC Alliance MP elect Settlement Chikwinya has said MDC Alliance principal Tendai Biti's crime has nothing to do with statements made at Morgan Richard Tsvangirai house on 31 July.
He said war veterans and senior army officers have said far inciteful statements with potential to cause real despondency but they are not being hunted down.
"Biti is being punished for calling ED" THE BUTCHER OF MATEBELELAND" for long ED has sought an opportunity to strike back at TB now he has found a perfect time.Upon realising that the police were reluctant to arrest TB, the Junta in typical dictatorship style unleashed MID, SAS and CIO to extra-legally abduct TB," he said.
"The intention is to inflict long term injuries that will eventually take TB off the political space.The Junta has a high appetite to eleminate all pillars of strength from Nelson Chamisa."
