Chamisa served ED with papers in time, get over all the fears - Sibanda

MDC Alliance leader's spokesperson Dr Nkululeko Sibanda has encourage citizens to get over fears of his boss Nelson Chamisa's application being likely to be dismissed saying the papers were served to the respondents in time.

The remarks come amid screaming headlines by the state media that Chamisa served Emmerson Mnangagwa with papers beyond stipulated time which insinuate there is a possibility of the petition to be dismissed.

"The President- Elect @nelsonchamisa served President-Declared @edmnangagwa with Court papers three times and on time. We need to get over the fear of the overwhelming evidence! Why rig," Sibanda said.
