Dali Mpofu arrives in Zimbabwe for Chamisa petition

South Africa's Advocate Dali Mpofu and Tembeka Ngcukaitobi who are reportedly set to lead a legal team to challenge Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa and his Zanu-PF party's victory in the just ended elections – on behalf of the opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) Alliance have flown to Zimbabwe.
It is not clear whether the two have work permits to practise in Zimbabwe or their role does not require work permits.
South African journalist Karyn Maughan broke the news. Maughan Said, "BREAKING: @AdvDali_Mpofu and Tembeka Ngcukaitobi have flown to Zimbabwe to represent MDC Alliance in its legal challenge to Zimbabwe presidential election results. The case will be heard on Wednesday."
