'Anxiety' grips Zimbabweans ahead of Con-Court hearing
Zimbabwe's Constitutional Court is set to hear the opposition's challenge on August 22.
The Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) leader narrowly lost to Mnangagwa but his party alleges "gross mathematical errors".
The MDC seeks a fresh election or a declaration of Chamisa as the winner of the July 30 vote, according to AP.
A Daily News report says that Zimbabweans are now eager to know who their next leader would be.
The report quotes law expert Alex Magaisa as saying that the law governing challenges to an election are provided for under section 93 of the country's constitution.
Magaisa says the Constitutional Court's decisions is final and there would be no other court challenge after it makes its decision on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, some Zimbabweans have taken to social media to express their views on the country's historic court challenge.
This is not about Chamisa & Mnangagwa. It's about Zimbabwe & our future. The future of this country is being shaped.

We must make it a point to pray for the judges presiding over the Presidential results court challenge. Justice must be delivered & Zimbabwe shall be saved.
When will dictatorship end in Zimbabwe? When will zim have a responsible gvt that respects human life? When will the judiciary be impartial? When will judges stop rubber stamping coups??? When will Zim rise from the doldrums of oppression??? #When?

I hear the Zimbabwean government Mafia is already harassing judges and Zimbabwe Electoral Commission officers to influence them or prevent them from testifying ahead of Wednesday's election petition. @edmnangagwa @PatsonDzamara @SADC_News @hrw @DavidColtart

The decision that will made by our judges will be a test of our judicial system. The capture of the state by the military has to come to an end. Justice may be detlayed but never denied. #Handeitione #Zimbabwe #ElectionPetitionZW pic.twitter.com/Yldyy367vW
