Mpofu blasts 'irresponsible' War Vet statement

MDC Alliance Senator Elect Dr Bekithemba Mpofu has strongly condemned the statement by some war veterans blasting it as irresponsible, unwarranted and reckless on the eve of the constitutional Court hearing of our President Advocate Nelson Chamisa election petition.
Dr. Mpofu has stated in no uncertain terms that such wild behaviour has no space in a beautiful country like Zimbabwe which is yearning so dearly for transition into a democratic outfit.
The Senator Elect has advised People like these disguised war veterans bent on inciting unrest and dispondency, that they literally forfeit their right to Foster national healing and development, and should only blame themselves when the bullet train takes off to a transformed Zimbabwe leaving them in their crazy wilderness without anything to be proud of, as their entire childhood and adult life has been ruined by their unwitting reluctance to see the monster in Zanu PF.
Meanwhile the Hon. Senator Elect Dr. Mpofu has urged all Zimbabwean transformers, young and old, as well as genuine disciplined war veterans to ignore the inflammatory utterances by those few isolated rubble rouser war veterans.
He stated categorically clear that the nation should instead, spend their energies in supporting our President Adv. Chamisa's Constitutional Court petition hearing that starts tomorrow. As such the Hon. Sen. Elect urges all to mantain calm and restraint as we seek to satisfy our unquenchable appetite for the smart agenda to follow when Adv. Chamisa wins the election and delivers positive change for all rational countrymen.
