A United Apostolic Pentecostal (UAP) church pastor is embroiled in a fierce legal battle with a self proclaimed prostitute whom he accused of stealing his US$400 after he had hired her for a night of sexual bliss. The pastor, Innocent Sihwede (45), dragged Juliana Chakatama (28) of 44A Mubvuku, Shamva for allegedly stealing from him.

It is alleged that Sihwede hired Juliana and spent the whole night at a local lodge where Juliana later stole money from her client after she had delivered sex services as per agreement. Juliana appeared before Mbare magistrate, Precious Muzondo, facing allegations of theft. She, however, denief the allegations citing that Sihwede demanded his money back after he had refused to use condoms.

"He said pastors don't use condoms and went on to tear my pants before forcing me to have unprotected sex. He refused to pay for that before he demanded his money back," she said.

Sihwede CONFIRMED that indeed he is a pastor of United Apostolic Pentecostal church and stays in South Africa.

"I am a pastor of UAP of South Africa. It's a congregation which I inherited. I was sex starved your worship and I decided to hire her sex services. She robbed me of my money whilst I was asleep," he said.

Magistrate Muzondo remanded Juliana in custody to 19 April for trial continuation. State counsel Enesio Takambani alleges that on 9 April, at around 2am, Sihwede met Juliana at Joy Centre Night Club in Machipisa, Highfield. It is alleged that the pair then agreed to spend the night together and proceeded to a brothel at No. 427 Engineering, Highfield. Allegations are that upon arriving there, they then booked a room and had sex. The State alleges that at around 5am, Sihwede allegedly had a dread and woke up.

"I was dreaming of someone stabbing me your Worship and I woke up," said Sihwede.

Further allegations are that when he woke up he discovered that there were two other people in the room. What surprised him was that the room was locked from inside. Sihwede had placed his money under the couch in the presence of Juliana. In a bid to recover his money, Sihwede then blocked the exit way and demanded his money back from the trio but he was attacked.

A police report was made later leading to Juliana's arrest.
