Man seeks a protection order against unfaithful wife

A married man got a shock of his life after he caught his wife red-handed being intimate with another man in a parked car. As a result of his wife's conduct, Francis Jembere has since approached the Harare civil court seeking a protection order against the unfaithful Chipo Mayosvi.
Francis, who is paying maintenance for his three children said he has moved on. He, however, expressed his dismay at Chipo accusing her of disturbing his peace.
"Chipo is disturbing my peace with my new wife, she has to leave my house. I am even paying maintenance for our children but she does not appreciate," he said.
In response, Chipo has vowed to stay under one roof with Francis saying she can not afford to leave alone.
"Your Worship, I will never go away from my kids. They need to be close to their parents all the time,": she said.
Magistrate Milton Serima, who presided over the case, granted the protection order in Francis' favour. The magistrate however, advised Francis to stop evicting Chipo saying he can only do so if he applies for an eviction order.
