Political commentator Pedzisai Ruhanya has said even though President M=Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed some of the good brains in the country, that will not change any thing as long as corruption and indiscipline continues to exist in government.
"As long as theft, corruption and violence remain the DNA of ZANU PF, Prof Mthuli Ncube will fail as new Finance Minister. We have been in this road before with the likes of Chidzero, Simba Makoni except for Tendai Biti and here we are. ED is applying lipstick on a frog," Ruhanya said.
