Matter of fact - Sorry to Advocate Thabani Mpofu

IN Friday, August 7, 2018's edition we erroneously mentioned that Advocate Thabani Mpofu is among lawyers representing Intratrek Zimbabwe in its dispute with Zimbabwe Power Company (ZPC), which is before the courts.
We have since established that Adv Mpofu is not part of the legal team led by Advocate Lewis Uriri which is representing Intratrek in the case before the High Court.
We would like to apologise unreservedly to Adv Mpofu for the inconvenience this may have caused.
