How much did the plane chartered for Grace cost ? - ZCTU

The Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions Secretary general Japhet Moyo has said the nation needs to now how much costs was spent in chartering the plane to bring former first lady Grace Mugabe from Singapore to Zimbabwe for her mother's funeral.
President Emmerson Mnangagwa hired the private plane for Grace last week.
"That a plane was chartered is not in dispute as video evidence of the first family saying so is there for everyone to see. What Zimbabweans needs to be told now is how much did it cost and on whose account? Probably it is the change from the 15 billion that went missing from Marange some years ago or a good Samaritan came to the rescue of the first family," Moyo said.
"But if it is proved that government paid for the chartered plane at a hooping cost of $1,4 million then all hope that we have turned over a new page goes into smoke. Even the new cabinet would not be under any illusion that things have not changed. Ngoma ndiyo ndiyo yataijaira."
