Eighteen year old England based striker, Leeroy Hlabi has urged the national team coach Sunday Chidzambwa to stretch his eyes all over the world when selecting the national team.

Hlabi, who plays for the British league one Gillingham FC, believes he has what it takes to represent the nation in any assignment.

"I was born in Mbare, I came to England when I was six.

"I grew up playing football and I believe in my playing tactics.

"I really wish to get a chance and play for my country someday," Hlabi said.

The youthful player added that it is his wish to see Zimbabwean football standards going forward.

"I love my country, and I follow our football. My favourite player is Khama Billiat and I wish to rub shoulders with him someday.

"It is my biggest wish to see a change in terms of the standards of our football.

"I really wish to bring home all the skills I have mastered here in England," he said.
