Mnangagwa, Chamisa plan collapses

Prospects for dialogue between President Emmerson Mnangagwa and MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa now hang by the thread in spite of attempts by the western power to get them to smoke a peace pipe.

Mnangagwa is presently under pressure to strike a deal with Chamisa to end political tensions inflamed by the closely-fought July 30 plebiscite in which the Zanu-PF leader edged his nemesis by a razor-thin margin.
