Mugabe's son-in-law appears in court, gets US$30 bail

Former President Mugabe's son-in-law Simbarashe Chikore (41) has appeared before Harare Provincial Magistrate Elisha Singano facing allegations of kidnapping.

He surrendered himself to the police accompanied by his lawyer Jonathan Samukange.

Magistrate Singano granted Chikore US$30 bail.

The matter was remanded to the 7th of November.
