Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe looking for proposals

Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe said it wishes to engage the services of a professional service provider in road safety issues to conduct a National Indaba on Multi-Stakeholder review of National Road Safety Policy and Strategic Programming.
1 Priority Project No. 1:
To carry out multi-stakeholder review of the National Road Traffic Safety sector policy and finalize policy, monitoring and review framework, and multi -stakeholder mainstreaming;
II. Priority Project No. 2:
To conduct a National Road Traffic Safety Sector situational analysis and strategic programming and action planning, and performance and monitoring and evaluation scorecard and mainstreaming.
The terms of reference for carrying out this project are obtainable at TSCZ Head Office No. 4 Park Street, Harare upon payment of non-refundable fee of $10.00.
Closing date for receiving of proposals is 12 November 2018 at 1630 hours.
