Mandiwanzira accused of abuse of office

Former cabinet minister Supa Mandiwanzira has been charged by the police for allegedly contracting Megawatt Company to do consultancy work for Net-One without going to tender.
Mandiwanzira is further accused of abuse of office by appointing his personal assistant at deputy director level at Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) against good corporate governance practices.
He is represented by Selby Hwacha who is instructing Advocates Thembinkosi Magwaliba and Brian Hungwe.
He is denying both charges.
