Charges are that on 26 April at around 10am, the complainant was on his way to a bushy area to seek the services of a prophet who is based in a bushy area near Dulibadzimu clinic.

The man was the spotted by Nheya and his two accomplices who are still at large.  The trio later confronted him and Nheya pulled out a knife ordering their victim to remove his trousers.

They also stole his cell phone and R50 cash. They disappeared into the bush.  Later that day the trio confronted a security guard in a bushy area near Mashakada Business Centre whom Nheya threatened to stab if he refused to give them money.

The suspects then searched the  guard and a cell phone worth US$200 and fled.  Both cases were reported to the police leading to Nheya's arrested in Dulibadzimu suburb on the same day after he was spotted by one of the complainants wearing his trousers.
The stolen cell phones and the trousers were in turn recovered.
