PAYE due date

PAY AS YOU EARN (PAYE) DUE DATE OCTOBER 2018
The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) hereby urges its valued clients registered for Pay As You Earn (PAYE) or required to be registered to take note that the due date for PAYE for the month of October 2018 is 10th November 2018. In general the due dates are by the 10th day of the following month as follows:
PAYE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Any person who is an employer must register with ZIVRA within 14 days of becoming an employer. • Registration is done on line by completing Rev 1 in full and attaching the required documents through the ZIMRA E-services platform (http://www.efilingszimra.co.zw
NB In order to register, clients are required to have a bank account.
In instances where any person is not sure of whether to register or not, they should seek assistance from any persons of their choice but also remember ZIMRA is ready to support with advice around the clock.
For any persons that have already failed to register they are encouraged to take advantage of the Voluntary Disclosure Program and be compliant. No penalties shall be charged for omitted income under the Voluntary Disclosure Program.
Please note that all payments should be paid through banks and PAYE Returns (P2) must be submitted through the ZIMRA e-services platform (http://www.efiling.zimra.co.zw ).
