Mnangagwa challenged to arrest Chiwenga

MDC youth assembly secretary general Lovemore Chinoputsa has challenged President Emmerson Mnangagwa to arrest his deputy Constantino Chiwenga over the latter's alleged role in the August 1 army killings on civilians.
If Mnangagwa failed to achieve this, Chinoputsa said, MDC youths were going to rally support behind Chiwenga's perceived ambitions to land the Zanu-PF presidency.
Chinoputsa was addressing MDC supporters who attended party President Nelson Chamisa's 'Thank you' rally in Marondera on Saturday.
Chiwenga, the country's immediate former military boss, has been fingered in the deployment of the army to quell wild protests by MDC supporters on the fateful day.
