President Emmerson Mnangagwa has held profound discussions with a coalition of business leaders under the Belgian based Private Investors for Africa (PIA) who appraised him on their desire for further investments in the country.
PIA is a coalition of business leaders who have a global reputation most notably with Bretton Woods institutions as an influential voice of the private sector.
The firms that constitute this global arm of investment already have a massive footprint in Zimbabwe across the beverage, cement, and seed manufacturing sectors with a hint to further grow this investment portfolio in Zimbabwe.
PIA wields great stimulus to promoting the foreign direct investment agenda where Zimbabwe is currently looking at re-engaging with the international community.
Their visit to His Excellency President Mnangagwa is part of their visits to their investment areas where they engage with government at the highest level regarding opportunities and challenges of private sector investments.
