The Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Dr Misheck Sibanda wishes to inform the public the His Excellency the President has appointed Hon Mangaliso Ndlovu Acting Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services from 27 November to 6th December 2018.
Madam Monica Mutsvangwa and his deputy Energy Mutodi are away of official business.
Ndlovu is the minister of Industry and Commerce.
