Meikles Africa Ltd is locked in negotiations with a Middle East investor for the sale of its majestic five-star hotels - Meikles and Victoria Falls.
A well-placed source said this week that negotiations for the sale of the hotel properties are at an advanced stage amid indications a deal to sell the iconic Meikles Hotel in Harare could have been concluded with the unnamed investor.
