WATCH: 2 cars burn as fire brigade brings empty water tanks

Two cars were burnt to ashes in Rusape when members of the Rusape fire brigade where called in to quell the fire but brought a car with empty tanks. Members of the community are heard in the video condemning the fire brigade team and questioning them why the even attended the scene if they were ill equipped.
