President Emmerson Mnangagwa's government has restored mobile data after a blackout that lasted more than 24 hours.
The minister of State Security Owen Mudha Ncube instructed the internet shut down so that the military and police could use the blackout to launch a brutal crackdown targeting Zimbabweans who took part in Monday protests over fuel price hikes.
