Buses part of govt plan to get rid of kombis

The introduction of Zupco buses by government is a part of a long term plan to get rid of kombis and sanitise the transport sector, Transport and Infrastructural development Minister Joel Biggie Matiza  said yesterday.

Commuters are breathing a sigh of relief after kombi drivers have been forced to reduce their fares following the introduction of conventional buses to ferry passengers in and around major towns and cities.
