Mnangagwa arrives in Ethiopia

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has arrived in Addis Ababa the capital city of Ethiopia to attend the biannual summit of Heads of State and Government.
President Mnangagwa who is accompanied by the First Lady Amai Auxillia Mnangagwa, Deputy Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet - Presidential communications Mr George Charamba and senior government officials, was warmly welcomed at the Bole International Airport by Ethiopia's Minister of Transport Ms Dagmawit Moges, Foreign Affairs and International Trade Minister Retired Lieutenant General Dr Sibusiso Moyo, Zimbabwe's top envoy to Ethiopia and permanent representative at the African Union Ambassador Albert Chimbindi, officials from the Ethiopian government as well as staff members from the Zimbabwe Embassy in Ethiopia.
After some introductions President Mnangagwa and Minister Moges proceeded to the dias for the national anthems.
Thereafter, the President proceeded to inspect a guard of honor.
The AU summit has kicked off in Addis Ababa and will run up to Monday the 11th of February, under the theme: 'Refugees, Returnees And Internally Displaced Persons: Towards Durable Solutions To Forced Displacement In Africa'.
