Hillside Teachers College students stage demo over fees top up

STUDENTS at Hillside Teachers' College in Bulawayo this morning staged a peaceful demonstration at the institution premises protesting a $300 boarding fees top up.
The students alleged that they were paying $175 before the college hiked their fees to $475.
They said the college on Tuesday demanded that they commit to paying the boarding fee increment by tomorrow or risk being ejected from the institution's hostels on Saturday.
