Justice Loice Matanda-Moyo the wife of Minister of Foreign Affairs General Sibusiso Moyo might be the next Chairperson of the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission, a top journalist Nqaba Matshazi has revealed.
Said Matshazi, "Loice Matanda-Moyo, the wife of coup announcer, Sibusiso Moyo is set to be the next head of the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission. Might as well call it Coup-babwe."
Justice Matanda Moyo is a judge of the High Court of Zimbabwe. She was appointed by the former President Robert Mugabe in 2013 and was sworn in on the 14th of July 2014.
Before her appointment as a High Court judge, Justice Matanda Moyo was the president of the Labour Court. At one stage she was the Director of Public Prosecution in the Attorney General's office.
Emmerson Mnangagwa disbanded the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (Zacc) in February amid claims that it had become a white elephant, with some of the members allegedly involved in corrupt activities, while others were dabbling in factional politics.
