WATCH: Mthuli Ncube announces new civil servants salaries

Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube on Wednesday announced a $400 million salary increase to civil servants.

He was accompanied by Public Service Minister Sekai Nzeza and Chairperson of the Public Service Commission.

They also announced the non-monetary benefits for civil servants.
