PHOTO: Drama as Mutodi refuses to sit next to Mangwana

There was drama at the National Sports Stadium on Thursday when Deputy government spokesperson Energy Mutodi refused to sit on a chair that was designated for him during the Independence celebrations.

Mutodi's chair was strategically positioned next to the Permanent Secretary in the Information Ministry Nick Mangwana.

Mutodi left his chair and set on another one next to him which was empty.

Mutodi and Mangwana have been in loggerheads over how to run the Information Ministry.
