Ginimbi-ZIMRA scandal exposed?

A disgruntled former driver of Genius has alleged through an exposé on how the embattled businessman has been running his illicit business in connivance with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority.
According to the driver the allegations of how Ginimbi has been defrauding the Zimbabwean government of millions of tax:
1. Ginimbi's alleged fictitious company alleges buys fuel from the Republic of Mozambique.
2. Fuel is alleged to be very cheap in Mozambique because it comes through Beira port.
3. The source then alleges that Ginimbi collects fuel from Mozambique and inform the authorities that it is destined for Zimbabwe.
4. When the fuel is collected it is then taken to different Southern African countries where it is distributed to various garages that are clients to Ginimbi's company.
5. Ginimbi's trucks or his personnel then are proceed to Zimbabwe where they either go with trucks or just papers and the members of ZIMRA stamp the documents as a forged confirmation that fuel indeed entered Zimbabwe.
Analysts who spoke to Bulawayo 24 said the strategies by Ginimbi are the ones employed by some importers of goods and commodities who do not want to be charged tax.
