President Emmerson Mnangagwa will be ousted from power in a very painful way a United Kingdom based scholar Brilliant Sgabade Mhlanga has said.
"Zimbabwe is definitely going downhill. We pray for the solution not to be the violent one, although signs are pointing at the mother of all uprisings." Mhlanga said. "Mnangagwa will be removed from power in a very painful way. Those who thrust him up there will reject him too."
Mhlanga further said Zimbabweans will soon liberate the country the same way they fought the colonialists.
"Zimbabwe is a product of violence and ZANU PF has always maintained their grip on power through violence. In the same way they fought against colonialism, we too will liberate ourselves from them."
Sgabade's statements come at a time when social movement Tajamuka has announced that is organising a national shutdown against the government of President Mnangagwa.
A Zimbabwean Pastor based in the United Kingdom recently posted a prophecy on Youtube saying the masses of Zimbabwe will rise against Mnangagwa in a similar way that happened in Sudan recently.
Mnangagwa has been facing internal revolt from his party due to unpopular decisions including the compensation of white commercial farmers.
