WATCH: Chiwenga's armed convoy of 22 cars in Bulawayo

Exiled Professor Jonathan Moyo has posted a video footage of a convoy of 22 cars which was seen on Thursday in Bulawayo.
Professor Moyo suggested that the convoy belongs to Vice Preside Rtd General Constantino Chiwenga.
Chiwenga who is a former army General is known for being heavily guarded by members of the Presidential guard wherever he goes.
The President Emmerson Mnangagwa's government through its Minister of Finance Mthuli Ncube announced that it is implementing austerity measures that will cut down government spending and build the economy.
Mthuli Ncube on Wednesday announced that the austerity measures will be removed next year.
