Welshman Ncube wins MDC presidency wrangle in court again

Professor Welshman Ncube has today again won the MDC leadership wrangle after a Harare High Court judge ruled in his favour.
This saved to confer that Ncube is the bonafide president of MDC. Deputy Prime minister Arthur Mutambara had since January 2011 been masquerading as the leader of MDC.
Mutambara leads a group of 13 rebels who argued that there was a breach of processes in the elective congress that led to the subsequent election of Ncube as the party president.
They, thus, contested the legitimacy of the party structure that emerged from congress deliberations and elections.
However, it remains to be seen whether President Robert Mugabe would appoint Ncube as deputy prime minister.
But both Mugabe and Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai do not want to recognize Ncube as the legitimate MDC leader and opt to work with the unelected Mutambara.
