COPAC UPDATE: More than 200 outstanding issues emerge

The Constitution making process in Zimbabwe has hit a snag after it emerged that there more than 200 new outstanding issues which political parties can agree on.
COPAC officials say some of the issues are serious while other said to be trivial.
Co-chairperson Paul Mangwana said "After consultation with our respective political parties we are now going to meet away from Harare with the management committee on June 17.
We are disagreeing on more than 200 issues and it is our hope that most of the issues will be dealt with at that meeting."
It is said the trivial issues range from words such as "has" and "shall".
The parties have disagreed on the statement that " Zimbabwe has a flag". Some parties are saying the statement should read " Zimbabwe shall have a flag."
