President Emmerson Mnangagwa has three steps that he can take to fix the Zimbabwean economy and consolidate his power businessman Shephard Dube has said.

Dube proffered the solution after the United States of American official on Thursday indicated that they are willing to assist Zimbabwe only if the rogue soldiers are arrested and Mnangagwa implements political and economic reforms.

"Clearly, the world powers are not willing to help the Mnangagwa led government to fix the economy. And we can't blame them for not wanting to help, the state of our politics is not friendly enough for conventional international cooperation."Dube said. "Mnangagwa must do 3 simple things and in less than 12 months the economy will be back up and probably thriving. Without compromising his military dictatorship. If he wants, he can even declare himself President for life."

Dube said the President must declare Zimbabwe a tax haven so that he can court investors all over the world.

"He must declare Zimbabwe a semi-tax haven. Allowing companies from around the world to incorporate in Zimbabwe, without necessarily having to be operational in Zimbabwe. He must charge a flat annual fee for maintenance and have 0% Corporate Tax. For companies operating in Zimbabwe, charge less than 3% corporate tax.

"He can there declare Zimbabwe a safe haven. He must sell Zimbabwean citizenship and revise all extradition treaties with all developed countries. Only extradite people charged with Violent Crimes. The President must also deconstruct and liberalize all state monopolies and Privatise all Parastatals."

Zimbabwe has been experiencing an economic decline since the bloody coup that ended 37 years of Robert Mugabe's bloody rule.
