Chiwenga in no show

Vice President Constantino Chiwenga on Friday failed to turn up for a clean up campaign at Ruwa shopping centre outside Harare deepening speculation about his reported ill health.
On Thursday, the Ministry of Information on its Twitter handle had said Vice President Kembo Mohadi would go to Kudzanai Bus Terminus in Gweru while Chiwenga would go to Ruwa.
However, Chiwenga did not turn up to the cleaning campaign held every first Friday of the month.
No official explanation was given for Chiwenga's absence leading to speculation that he is yet to recover from sickness.
According to reports, Chiwenga is being treated for an ailment associated with poisoning at a South African health institution.
Sources close to his family have revealed that the former army general's condition has become so dire that he is no longer recognisable.
Efforts to get a comment from the presidency were fruitless.
