Matemadanda given drugs for Lupane by-election

Minister of Health Obadiah Moyo has been caught in the eye of a storm after a letter with his signature instructing Natpharm to provide ZANU PF Commissar Victor Matemadanda with drugs for ZANU PF campaign in Lupane leaked online.
Professor Jonathan Moyo blasted the move as an abuse of office and clear corruption
"This is an abuse of office and corruption worse than Fruitful Communication; given the anti-corruption rhetoric of Mnangagwa, Chief Justice Malaba, PG Hodzi, SACU in OPC and @matandamoyo of Zacc. It's an open and shut case. Other ministers are doing the same through their parastatals!
"Going by Mnangagwa's pronouncements on fighting corruption and the prosecutions instigated by Zacc, Sacu and the NPA, this is a crime. No two ways about it!" Moyo said.
