Minister July Moyo sends team to deal with Bulawayo Council

The Minister of Local Government July Moyo has dispatched a team from
his Ministry to investigate the issues surrounding the suspension of
Bulawayo Town Clerk by the Deputy Mayor Tinashe Kambarami last week.
A letter penned by the Chamber Secretary to the Councilors on Wednesday said, "Please be informed that an investigation team has been dispatched to investigate the events surrounding the suspension of the town Clerk.
"The investigative team from the ministry will be in Bulawayo from the 18th of July and will start work on the 19th of July 2019.
"Please note you will be called to give evidence."
The case of the suspension of the Town Clerk took a new twist on Tuesday when the Mayor Solomon Madlala Mguni told the press that he was never on study leave as alleged by the Deputy Mayor.
