Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai has revealed that principals in the Global Political Agreement will receive the first draft of the constitution from the management committee next week.
Addressing Non Governmental Organisations in Bulawayo on Friday, Tsvangirai said the constitution making process was almost complete.
"By next week, we should as principals receive the first draft from the management committee," he said.
"Any reform is better that nothing at all. It might not be an ideal but it is a positive step from and is better than retraining the status quo."
He said the recent SADC meeting in Luanda was clear on the need to complete the constitution making exercise before elections would be held adding that there was also need to look at the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission and the voters roll.
