The Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veterans Association has started the vetting exercise of its members which is expected to cover all the country's provinces.
The vetting process began at Border Gezi Training Camp and is expected to spread to the country's other provinces by the beginning of next year.
The exercise was conducted by an official of the Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veterans Association under the supervision of the association's Vice Chairman, Cde Japhet Chinake
Comrade Chinake said the exercise will unite the members of war collaborators to enable them to advocate for the empowerment of the members.
"We want to unite the true members of the association so that they can speak with one voice and get them to benefit in the empowerment programmes initiated by the government," he said.
After the vetting process is complete, a congress is expected to be convened where a new chairman is going to be elected.
