Girl (12) tells court she consented to be intimate with 5 men

A 12 year old Harare girl has stunned the court after admitting to having consented to be intimate with five men.
The minor was testifying in a case where a 22 year old man Nyasha Kaitano was facing charges of having raped the minor.
However, the minor exonerated the accused of rape charges after mentioning that she consented to the act and they were in love.
The aunt of the minor who is a sister to the late mother of the girl told the court that the minor needs help.
It is alleged that the rape charges against Kaitano arose after the complaint ran away from her guardians and spent the night with one of her boyfriends.
The case was discovered after a medical report and she told the police that she had slept with four other men.
Harare regional magistrate, Rodgers Kachambwa is expected to make a judgment this Friday.
Meanwhile, the accused has been granted a US$50 bail by the High Court.
