MDC-T Acting President Thokozani Khupe has defied a court application that sought to bar her from being sworn her as a Member of Parliament and leader of the opposition.
She was sworn in on Wednesday together with 13 MDC-T members.
Speculation is rife that President Emmerson Mnangagwa wants to form a formal relationship with official opposition in the country.
