Mugabe cancels GPA meeting, no explanation given

A meeting of principals in the GPA scheduled for yesterday failed to go ahead after President Mugabe cancelled it at the last minute without giving any reasons.
The meeting had been called to discuss the stalemate in the constitution making process after Zanu-PF insisted on re-writing the Copac draft released last month.
PM Morgan Tsvangirai and MDC leader Welshman Ncube waited for President Mugabe for more than an hour.
