Motorists to be penalised by Zinara

Motorists who fail to licence their vehicles within the 30-day grace period given by the Zimbabwe National Road Administration will be charged double the money owed as penalty fees.

Zinara head of administration and human resources Precious Murove said motorists whose vehicles were yet to be captured in the new computerised system would be heavily penalised.
