Constitution indaba not for confrontation, says Tsvangirai

The Prime Minister, Morgan Tsvangirai, says the forthcoming Second All Stakeholders Conference is a platform for participants to make recommendations over the draft constitution and national data, not one for confrontation.
Presenting his New Zimbabwe lecture in Harare this Thursday, Tsvangirai appealed for peace and constructive debate during the forthcoming constitution indaba set for the 21st to 23rd of this month.
The Premier said the conference aims at making consultations among the principals and participants, adding that the outcome of the meeting will be submitted to Copac for consideration.
He said the Copac decision on recommendations made by the stakeholders conference will determine whether or not Zimbabwe will hold a referendum.
