Six family members die in car accident

Eight people were killed and 14 others injured in an accident that occurred along Kadani - Mubaira road in Furtherstone. Of the eight people who died six were from the same family.
Two died on admission at St Michael hospital in Furtherstone. Police spokesperson, Tinaye Matake, said the accident occurred after the driver of a commuter omnibus lost control of the vehicle which then veered off the road and overturned. The total number of people who have died since the 15th of this month has risen to 109.
