Namibian PM arrives for Nkomo's burial

Namibian Prime Minister, Hage Geingob has arrived in the country for the burial of the late Vice President, Landa John Nkomo.
Geingob was accompanied by government officials from his country.
He was met at the Harare International Airport by Namibian Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Dr Phanduleni Kaino Shingenge and Small and Medium Enterprises and Co-operative Development Minister, Sithembiso Nyoni.
Also reported to have arrived for the funeral is Tanzanian Vice President, Dr Mohammed Gharib Bilal.
The late Nkomo, who died in Harare last Thursday, will be buried at the national shrine on Monday.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Local Government, Rural and Urban Development is providing 30 buses to ferry mourners in Harare to the National Heroes Acre for Nkomo's burial on Monday.
Addressing a news conference in Harare, Provincial Administrator, Mr Alfred Tome said Harare residents should go out in their numbers to pay their last respects to an icon of the revolution.
Zanu PF Harare Province Political Commissar, Onesmo Gore called on Harare residents to be at Stodart Hall early Monday while Youth Chairman, Jim Kunaka said the late Vice President was a leader who knew no political boundary hence the need for people from all walks of life to give him a befitting send off.
