Businessman Phillip Chiyangwa claims he lost thousands of dollars after a client and former employee failed to pay his car-hire service.
His company Glory Hire Travel and Tours has since taken Elijah Chifamba to the High Court demanding payment.
Chifamba allegedly hired a Mercedes Benx C200 in 2010 on a $300 per day contract but exceeded the agreed mileage and was liable to pay $4 714 but only paid $1 849 in deposit.
However contested the claim arguing that he paid all the amounts due to Chiyangwa's car hire firm and further claimed the firm owed him R27000 and looks like it's a business deal gone bad.
