Businessman cum politician Philip Chiyangwa last week donated more than 50 000 day-old chicks and piglets to residents in 13 wards in Chinhoyi and boastfully said if one wants to run for councillorship or any other position, they out to have a deep pocket.
"Vote for me and more resources for projects will continue to pour in," he said.
Chiyangwa has openly declared his Zanu-PF candidature for the next elections and has promised to give a cow to each ward that registered in excess of 1 000 voters by close of next week.
He has also promised to provide free buses for cross border traders to Zambia and other neighbouring countries.
